Please note the following terms & conditions as they apply to each photo shoot with List It Inc. 

 

Image selection: 

List It Inc. will deliver the best possible images based on the type of photo shoot that has been booked. Unless a representative from your company is present at the photography session, List It Inc. will determine what images are taken. With our experience in photography and marketing, we believe our shot selection will showcase the best possible features of this property. 

However, we also recognize that everyone’s different, and you may have other ideas about the images you would like us to deliver for you. So with that in mind, if you have any specific or unusual shots that you would like us to take then it would be great if you could be present on site for the shoot to do a pre-shoot walkthrough, or you are welcome to send an email through to List It Inc. prior to the shoot with specific details.  Although we will do what we can with our experience, to determine the best possible angles and shots for this particular property, we cannot be held responsible for not taking images that we didn’t know you wanted.  

 

Copyright Information: 

The Copyright for all photographs taken during the above mentioned photographic shoot remain with List It Inc. and are protected under local and international copyright laws. Copyright is not transferable. Permission is granted to the business or individual who made the booking with List It Inc. to use the photographs from the shoot in the marketing of that listing only, for a period of 6 months from the date of the shoot. 

 

Use of any image for any additional marketing or promotion, such as for a business or individual (including any use by architects, builders, painters, kitchen suppliers, stylists, and any print or web publications), is a violation of copyright. By using the services of List It Inc. you are agreeing to be bound by the terms of this agreement. 

 

Cancellation/Rescheduling Fee: 

List It Inc. must have 24 hours notice of a change in schedule, or a $75 Cancellation Fee may be charged. Please help to ensure homes are ready for photography at the scheduled time. We block out specific times for each service so we are unable to stay longer than the time specified. If a home isn’t ready at the time of the shoot, a $75 rescheduling fee will be applied and we will have to reschedule the shoot at a later date. Drone flights are subject to restrictions due to weather, wind, restricted air space, and other situational or safety restrictions. 

 

Image Quality:

List It Inc. will always try to deliver the best image possible. Sometimes issues beyond our control happen. Unless specific instructions are given List It Inc. will determine what images are taken. Any image(s) or media delivered, and is used or posted to the MLS, company website, social media, or any web page completes this agreement as the agent, broker, or company being satisfied with all image(s) or media.

 

Pricing/Invoicing:

Because of usage fee's all prices listed are for real estate only. Real Estate pricing is per single listing. For commercial pricing please contact us for a quote. All invoices are due when media is delivered. A $40 late fee will apply to any invoice that is outstanding for more than 30 days.

 

Travel Fees:

Our service area is any home within 30 miles of Fresno. Any home outside of 30 miles of Fresno will incur a $1/mile/one-way travel fee. For example, if a home is 50 miles from Fresno, a $50 travel fee will be added to the appointment.
